I agree completely. New players often ask questions that were answered in the tutorial area. Upon joining for the first time, a message could mention /rtp. That is definitely a common question; "How can I get somewhere to build?". Just a message saying "To leave spawn and begin building, type...

The fact that the Floral Crate has permanent morphs in it makes it that much better. ;)

With the increase in market plots being purchased, a function to remove inactive shops seems to be a necessity.

Hmm. Definitely a valid argument, and I agree to an extent. If possible, an idea could be to make it so color coded advertisements have a higher cost than non color coded. Maybe raising the cost for regular to 8k and color coded to 10k, or something around that would be an idea. Though pricey...
