"You have been kicked for using VPN" even though not using a VPN

Hey there, I'm trying to play this server with my friends but I'm facing a message saying "You have been kicked for using VPN" every time I try to join despite the fact that I am not using a VPN. I was told I should make an account here and make a thread and I'm hoping I can get support for this. My IGN is the same as my username (wchd). Thank you.
