1: short Briefing All server rules apply The mayor has full authority Over any decisions/rules in town. and may grant people to live outside rules. or to even live by stricter rules.

2: Building Rules/Plot rules Build with natural materials: Oak,Spruce,Vines,Leaves (interior is your domain, build with whatever there) Ask if you want to build with other materials. Also NO towers Do not destroy trees or areas surrounding your plot, without asking Nawas or LennyTheLlama. (This includes the ground under your house as well as any natural growing things.)
No ugly buildings or yards. You must add details to the house and have a good looking roof. Also when moving in, you should finish your house within 1-3 days, however, if you are going away just mail Nawas or lennylen1993 and let us know. if you build less than your plot size do remove the floating deck. You also cannot have a empty interior with just a floor. Same goes for your house wall, you need to have walls. Your entire house must have details. Also add pillars under your house so it doesn't look like it's floating in mid air, however if you have a tree under your house that counts
as a pillar, though if your yard is way beyond the tree, add a pillar so it does not float.

3: Neighborhood rules: Respect your neighbors and leave them and their houses alone if they dont want you there. also Be kind to one another, i dont want any fighting in the town.

4: Animals/Mobs: You may have 2 pets inside/outside of your house in total except if you have permission for more. you are not allowed to have hostile/ Mob spawners placed on ground and or creatures inside or outside your house without permission.

5: [#5] Any Rule: This will be covering anything else that might not have been covered in this book. Meaning if [#5] is being mentioned, as why you may not do something or why you must to do something, that will in fact be a rule even, if its not written in this book. That rule will be whatever the Mayor or Co-Owner says. [#5] This will be a way to make rules, when we really need something enforced that just isn't covered by the book, that can affect the can village negatively.
