I know this isn't going to be popular with some, but this ability basically has to be dusted. As everyone by now knows, it absolutely crushes the server, which is just ridiculous. To be honest, I am somewhat confused as to why this hasn't been removed already.

I mean, a typical exchange...

PlayerX: "Sorry everyone, about to destroy the server"
(8 people knocked off)
PlayerY: "Well, you got 8 players with that one PlayerX"
PlayerX: "Sowwy"

I agree. I know the payment is gone now and I don't think I have the ability but when the big market plots existed I worked my ass off by cutting normally to get 100k so I could buy a plot. If I could do it then so can everyone else.
