Seaview now has 30+ Members. I've further increased the subway system and we recently added another 15 plots, as we were getting full up =)

Oh also the Warp coords have changed. Can it now please be X:-8982, Y: 49.5, Z:-7053

Census was carried out 17/6 and Town Hall rules were updated.
A new hall of records was added to track Citizens
After removing some inactives, Seaview has 22 citizens active in the last day! =)
