Mute Vote and Crate Notifications

Short and simple, the title pretty much says it all. It'd be nice if players had the ability to mute the spam one gets when someone votes and/or wins an item of value from the crates. It can still be unmuted by default though so it has its desired affect on new players.

Since it's been a month with no response at all, I figured I'd bring this back up.

I am not sure if they are able to make that an option. I thought the broadcasts were an all or nothing thing and didn't think there was a game setting to toggle it. I actually like to see when people win stuff, but that's just my personal preference.
