Mute in certain areas

Not sure if there is such a plugin but would be really great if we could have a mute plugin for certain areas. For example having a wither rose farm, the withers are really loud and I don't want to ruin the town's experience. So if subdivided areas could have a mute function, it would be great.

Sadly I don't think that's something that can be done. You could always put a sign in that area letting players know to lower their volume so they don't have to listen to the wither
