Hi there, unfortunately spawners are not working properly at the moment (Not dropping when mined or spawning mobs). Hold off on mining them for now, when they are fixed you should be able to mine them so long as you are Merchant rank or above

In the future if you are able, you can join the discord to make a ticket and you may receive a faster response!

No, when spawners are fixed completely there will be an announcement or a post in the 'resolved-issues' thread.
