Cost of In-Game Ranks

I've looked around and cannot find a list showing how much each in-game rank costs. We see the benefits of each, but can only see the cost of the next rank available to you. Does anyone know the cost of each?

I stopped buying them when I realized that the additional /sethomes did not stack with purchased ranks, which I am still not happy about. Again, there should be a disclaimer letting you know that /sethome is the ONLY thing that does not stack with purchased ranks.

Anyway - cost! Does anyone know the cost of each in-game rank?

All I knwo is that knight is 11500, General is 60k and Warrior is 6650.
