An issue with Lapis and my Pickaxe

This is my Pickaxe, (I know Big Flex) when I mine Lapis with it the Lapis is turned into Lapis Ore and not Lapis. Considering it doesn't have Silk Touch I was confused by this. I tested a Default Auto Smelt 1 pickaxe on some Lapis and it turned into regular Lapis. I am not sure why the lapis is being turned to ore on this specific pickaxe.

Thanks for the report, I've figured out the issue and reported it to the plugin developer so that it can be fixed.
