Posted this in #suggestions on Discord but figured I'd post it here too for more exposure.
Would really like to see HorseTpWithMe (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/horsetpwithme.8186/) or some variation of it. Spawn eggs are incredibly difficult to find and the attributes of those spawned horses are often really low, which makes taming and breeding wild horses the more practical thing to do but also much more difficult because there's no viable way to transport them without an insane amount of rails or time invested in riding across the world.
Furthermore, this would create an entirely new dynamic for merchants who could create potentially lucrative stables to churn out superior breeds of horses by way of acquiring and breeding desirable horses with worthwhile speed, jump, health, and even color(s).
