What happened to keys in the store?

I've played for 2-3 years, but the keys disappeared? the store used to have a thing where you would get keys with everyone else when enough money was spent. what happened to that??

We now have something called 'Vote Party' - vote 5 times before the next keydrop and you'll get one! All 5 have to be on one colour though.
