vote problem and i love to vote

hellow server i have bin having some vote problems especialy when i vote but am not loged in they register in my /votegui where u can see when u voted but i dont get keys or vote anouncement.

can these key's and votes be restored in anyway
would love any help or tips

Voting offline wont always work, It's hit or miss. You can try to do /crate claim to check did they maybe go there, but as I said, voting offline wont always work so yeah.
