Hi there,

Your town has seen some changes since you last applied however unfortunately while it still looks very nice it doesn't seen like the town houses have residents living in them and are just empty or unowned. What seems to be the public farm (unless a different one was missed) also is only accessible to 2-3 people rather than all the towns members
Hopefully you can make or give access to a public farm and have some new members join to make the town more active and lived in and even perhaps an expansion before applying again
