Hello and thank you for your town application! I am going to deny your application for now. I feel like your town still looks very young and will need to develop more before we accept it. The town looks very promising, I like the path around the town and the custom river for example but it also looks a bit bland and a lot of empty space. To improve your chances you could perhaps try decorating the town to make it look generally nicer and/or try to add more buildings to make the town feel more complete. Good luck
