First, please don't reset nether. There is no need and no point in resetting nether because there is no update to nether at all, and there is still an abundance of resources.

Second, it is not stated in town rules that all towns should be in the overworld. I have met all requirement in the town information.

Please reconsider giving a chance for this unique town to get a warp.
