Even though the oldest (first) town (with warp) on Blue, there are still new citizens joining Aomori from time to time. The citizen count is now at 96 (not all active anymore though - like with pretty much any and all towns at Vulengate). From time to time updates/upgrades are made to farms and town facilities and we still welcome new citizens.
Aomori is still alive and we plan to keep it that way!
