Tags give you effects

Hi!
I think it'd be a really cool idea for the super rare tags in crates to give you special effects when you wear them(if that's even possible).
This obviously won't happen to old tags but say you go a diver tag, the tag could give you water breathing or something.

Please let me know ways to improve this idea.

This is a cool idea. If not actual potion effects maybe unlocked particle effects that match the tag, like something water related for diver like you mentioned.

Cool idea, but I don't think that that would be easily done. Tags are only designed after all to chance / add to the visual appearance of the nickname, nothing else. If you want to "connect" that with effects or unlocking functions, you would have to do a lot of programming. Practically develop a server plugin for it I think ...
