I recently found a zombie spawner. Is there any way I can change it to a cow spawner? I tried right-clicking a cow spawn egg, and nothing. I thought I'd try here.
No, unfortunately that isn't a feature on the server. To obtain a cow spawner you can either win one from the wild crate, or buy one off another player or on the auction house.
