Greetings.
Just a few minutes ago i purchased the merchant rank for $4500 dollars, but the next rank in the sequence did not unlock, instead, the merchant rank is still showing as the only rank that is not locked for purchase. So i tried to buy the merchant rank again and another $4500 dollars was deducted from my balance but it is still not showing that i have bought the merchant rank and it wants me to try and buy it again without unlocking the next rank which should be warrior rank. I have tried re logging twice already but the problem did not resolve and now i have lost $9000 dollars but still am not able to buy the next rank in the sequence and not able to progress through the ranks store any further at this time.
I am having this issue on the yellow server rank store.
Hoping i can get some assistance on this issue.
