Schematics

I have noticed some large builds are just dropped into the server using schematics and WE. Is this something you get access to as you rank up? I did not see it in the ranks.

Players don't ever get access to world edit. Schematic-like mods are allowed on the server (provided they dont build it for you or anything) so what likely happened was someone took a schematic, loaded it up on the server, then built it by hand!
