PvP Black screen....

Hi, recently when I have been PvPing or near somebody else PvPing my entire screen went totally black. Before, this never happened. Somebody said it was the knockback, but I still don't know how to fix it. Sometime the black screen goes away when I look upwards (I don't know why) but it normally goes away after 5-10 seconds or so. It is really annoying and I cannot PvP or be near PvPers.

If anyone has any suggestions on how I can fix this, please let me know <3

Do you have mods like optifine or shaders? Sounds like it might be a bug with them- I know when I last used them my screen went totally white at some points and black at others.

I installed a shaders around the time it started happening but I deleted it and do not play with optifine anymore....
