MVP kit isn't working

I bought MVP rank pretty close to Christmas and I wanted to use the MVP kit, but when I typed in /kit MVP it didn't work =P.

Only old MVP members who bought MVP before 11th of August for £45 have access to /kit MVP. We made some changes on that day and we are no longer selling any ranks that have access to kits.
