McMMO XP Cooldown?

So I build my Acrobatics Grinder and kept the /acrobatics scoreboard to check how much XP I get, I noticed that there was an unspecified cooldown I guess. Sometimes I get XP sometimes not for 2-3 Floors sometimes moor it looks like it depends on Luck. I don't know if this is a bug because usually you would get XP every floor you drop. I made 3 GIFs where you can see it at that I get 0 XP for a fall sometimes

I have a feeling that several seconds (roughly 5 seconds) after a teleportation you don't get mcmmo xp.

Yeah that's a Bug too I guess, but as you can see sometimes it was just randomly just after a teleport, already spoke to Sponge
