Losing keys without reward

Several times within the last few weeks, I've used all five daily vote keys and only gotten 4 rewards. I'm sure that I've gotten all five keys, and it's not giving me the error message for clicking too fast. Latest incident was about 8 minutes prior to current post time here, ~9:20 P.M. EST on Blue.
