So i saw on another server that they added perks if you reach a certain lvl in your job (for example, lvl25, lvl50, lvl75)
And i think it's a really good idea, because it makes harder to choose your job, + it makes the jobs more interesting. And ofcourse it gives you motivation to lvl up in your job.
