I'm stuck at /HUB and it won't let me get away from a menu of blocks???

Can someone get me out of there??

You need to click on the item that it says so you can get on to the server.

I can't click on anything .. It's FLIPPING a million times a minute and doesn't let me get away from the flipping menu .. I'm STUCK there .. I need admin to place me at spawn or my /home .. PLEASE
