It would fit into Farm Morph Pack.
Whelp. I would even buy it as stand-alone, full-price Morph Pack!

I would assume it has to do with the plugin they are using. If the plugin doesn't have a Fox morph then they would have to request it per the plugin Developer or have a custom plugin made for this.
