Custom Homes In a New Town (Red Server)

I'll be opening a new town in the coming weeks on the red server. This town will feature custom homes! This means I will build a home for you and the materials and layouts are almost entirely customizable to your liking.

The only aspects of these homes that I won't be changing include:

• The row house / townhouse style (Generally tall, narrow homes)
• 2-3 Floors (Homes pictured below have 3 floors)
• Window pane color (black)
• Exterior staircase material (stone bricks)
• Proximity to sidewalk

Please note that there are endless more combinations of colors, materials, architectural features, etc, than what is being shown here!

For the one time price of $5,000
I'll custom build you a home in my town

Additionally, If you are short the 5k needed to purchase this service,
I will decrease the price substantially if you are able to provide
all or some of the materials needed for the home.

If you provide all of the materials the home is only $500!

As you can see there is a vast amount of space expanding beyond these three homes, once there are quite a few houses in this row more will be added behind it. The first row however is waterfront!

So get those spots while they're here!

Also because the town is still up and coming feel free to suggest any features you would like to see in it. The usual features will be present such as a town hall, community food farm, animal farm, xp grinder, and marketplace.
