Bring Back the Rain

This is a pretty common sentiment from what I've seen on Red. We miss having variation in the weather, and certain mechanics that came along with rain like fish being more easy to catch and being able to hunt hostile mobs in the day.

Please #MakeItRain again.

As much as it slows down my frame rate, I really like the weather! Plus thunder storms = skeleton horses

Yh I remember on oldred Thor got really pissed with us all and started planting thunderbolts left right and center XD
