Rails, soul sand, and cocoa beans don't seem to give any income. Wondering if this was unintentional?

The cocoa bean part is right, but under the /jobs browse, then proceeding to miner and digger, those other two aren't included to give income. Cocoa is stated to give $3.95 per plant.
