1.13 ETA?

I was wondering if there was any sort of ETA on when we will be updating to 1.13 other than "soon™."
I am fully aware of all the things that go into updating a server to a new version and that those things take time but being that we are now at +1 month since release, we have to be getting close.

Also, will the map be fully generated prior to the border expansion or will it simply get generated as it is explored?

Given even MCMMO isn't updated yet (still on a beta at last check) it's all on the hands of the add-on developers at this point.

Just try to be patient. Yes, I know it is hard to do. I personally can barely wait for the server to update.
So, I will rephrase your question.

Devs so let's say for example the server has 70 plugins, how many plugins are updated vs not updated.
Like 12 out of 70 are updated. Doing this would give all the player an idea of how close or how far the server
is from being updated. Just my opinion.
