I have been looking at some builds on the Purple Server and see that they are imported schematics. This is a fact since these same builds are listed on PMC for other servers. They are not hand-built as you can tell by the offset of these builds to the terrain. Can someone explain how we do this...

I have noticed some large builds are just dropped into the server using schematics and WE. Is this something you get access to as you rank up? I did not see it in the ranks. Thanks, Darth
