So I think when the server rolls back a players inventory gets rolled back but not their PV so it duplicates items. I had taken out my wild keys from my PV and put a diamond shovel in my PV. After the rollback, I had the shovel in my inventory and in the PV (but sadly no wild keys). I don't know...
